PartnerSource Names 2020 Compassionate Service Award Winners

Winners noted for outstanding dedication to employees’ health and well-being

DALLAS, Texas (October 28, 2020) – PartnerSource, the leading source for responsible alternatives to traditional workers’ compensation in Texas, recently honored two industry professionals with awards for their outstanding commitment and dedication. Nancy Lott, an adjuster with Brinker International; and Jose Martinez, claims manager with Providence Risk and Insurance Services; were each honored for their compassionate commitment to injured workers. They were named winners of the Compassionate Service Awards at the 2020 PartnerSource Employers’ Conference, the company’s 20^th anniversary conference, held virtually in October.

The Compassionate Service Awards are given annually at the PartnerSource Employers’ Conference, the premier conference in the industry for Texas injury benefit plans. This year’s 20^th anniversary conference was attended virtually by hundreds of professionals from sectors including retail, hotels, food service, transportation and logistics, healthcare and many more. Compassionate Service Award winners were chosen based on nominations from PartnerSource employees.

Lott, a resident of Garland, has served as a claims adjuster with Brinker International in Dallas for 11 years. “Nancy has a positive and caring attitude that enable her to develop a strong rapport with injured team members and achieve good claim resolutions, “Hurless said. “Nancy’s compassion for Brinker Team Members is a great example for the industry and makes her well deserving of the Compassionate Service Award.”

Martinez, a resident of San Antonio, serves as a claims manager with Providence Risk and Insurance Services, a company based in San Antonio. “Jose has a very pleasant and calming communication style that he successfully applies to build rapport and trust with plan participants,” Hurless noted. “His willingness to step in and contribute to the final resolution of these claims is only exceeded by his kind and compassionate demeanor while doing so.”
